Shipping Policy
How fast do we ship?
We try to have our orders in the mail to you in 5 days or less. Regardless, when they go in the mail, we will notify you that they have shipped.
What is our preferred shipper?
We prefer to send our items via US or Canadian mail. We have had good experiences with both systems. If you would prefer another shipping method, just let us know and we will quote a shipping price for you.
Do we offer Insurance?
Yes, but it depends on where you are located, where we ship from (Canada or the US), and what we are sending. We offer insurance, we do not profit from insurance. We simply pass along whatever charge is incurred to insure your items.
Do we offer tracking numbers?
Whenever we have tracking numbers we will provide them to you upon request.
What if I want my items shipped from Canada or the US only?
Not a problem. If you would prefer to receive your order from either Intra-Canadian or Intra-US mail just ask. Generally this request takes a little longer and has a nominal charge. But we are happy to accommodate our customers!
Will we ship over sea's?
YES!, we are in the US and Canada. Some counties are more difficult to ship to, but we will gladly ship overseas. Our Preference is Global Priority when shipping from the US, and Canadian Postal Method when shipping from Canada. You can request standard airmail, but at your own risk.
How much do we charge?
We feel we offer very reasonable shipping rates, and do not use shipping as a means of making money. We do however choose the method we feel has the most value. Perhaps not the cheapest at times, but the best for you and your order. You can always request a different method (it may just cost more)
How do we pack our coins?
Most coins will either be in 2x2 flips (plastic or cardboard), or if bulk coins in plastic bags. They are shipped in a protective cardboard mailer. This both protects the coins from "tamper" and harm. Almost all of our orders are shipped in bubble mailers to protect your item. For fragile items we build custom boxes to protect the item as best as we are able.
Return Policy?
We have the best return policy of any dealer that we are aware of. With uncleaned coins if they have not been cleaned (very important to note) you can return them for a full refund including the shipping back. BUT, you must contact us first. For books, tools and other items we will offer a refund of the price of the item. We of course would like to find out why the item did not work for you. We do that because we would like to recommend something that might and we generally cover the postage to get the replacement item to you. At the end of the day we would like you to be happy with your purchases at Common Bronze
